Effective date: 13 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Blog.Playcode123.com, a portal of Diensten2000X (“Blog.Playcode123.com”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit Blog.Playcode123.com, use its coding tools, or email us. It applies to visitors worldwide. Local law may provide additional rights.

Important: Our site uses Google AdSense. Google and other advertising partners may collect information through cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers as a result of ad serving. See “Advertising and Google AdSense” below and our Cookie Policy.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

Diensten2000X operates Blog.Playcode123.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at info@playcode123.com. If you submit a privacy request, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request.

2. Information we collect

Category Examples and source
Email communications If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message and any other information you voluntarily include. We do not use a contact form and do not ask visitors to provide a postal address.
Technical and usage data IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, interactions, error and security data. This may be collected through server logs, a first-party visit counter, cookies or similar technologies.
Consent and privacy choices Your consent status, opt-out signals and related records needed to respect and demonstrate your choices.
Advertising data Google and advertising partners may collect identifiers, device/browser information, IP address, ad impressions and interactions, and information about visits to this or other sites, depending on your region and choices.

We do not ask you to create an account to use the public learning content. Please do not enter personal information into the coding sandbox or email us sensitive personal information or personal information about another person unless it is necessary and lawful to do so.

3. How and why we use information

  • Provide, operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and coding tools.
  • Respond to emails and privacy requests.
  • Understand site use and improve content, usability and performance.
  • Display, personalize where permitted, limit and measure advertising.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents and invalid advertising activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on: performance of a contract or steps you request; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the site and communicating with users; consent for optional cookies, personalized advertising or other processing where required; and compliance with law. You may withdraw consent at any time through the site’s privacy settings, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to fund and operate the site. Google and third-party advertising partners may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers, as a result of serving ads. They may process information to select and deliver ads, create or use advertising profiles where permitted, limit how often an ad appears, measure performance, report on ads, and detect fraud and abuse.

Whether ads are personalized depends on your region, your choices and Google’s settings. You can learn more from How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, Google’s Privacy Policy, and Advertising technologies. Google advertising preferences can be managed in My Ad Center.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use a Google-certified consent management platform that supports the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework where required. It identifies participating vendors and purposes and lets users accept, reject or manage choices. For residents of applicable U.S. states, our privacy message may provide an opt-out from sale, sharing or targeted advertising as defined by local law.

5. When we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers that host, secure, maintain, measure or support the site and process information on our behalf.
  • Google and advertising partners for the purposes described above. Some partners may act as independent businesses responsible for their own processing.
  • Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse or enforce terms.
  • A successor organization in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale or transfer of all or part of the service, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain advertising disclosures. Where applicable, you can opt out using the regional privacy control shown on the site.

6. International transfers

Because the site is available worldwide and some providers operate globally, information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we and our providers use recognized safeguards for restricted transfers, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to respond to requests, maintain security and consent records, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type and sensitivity of the information and the applicable legal period. Emails are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, unless longer retention is required. Cookie duration is described in the Cookie Policy or the consent platform.

8. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or a copy of personal information; object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; and appeal a refusal of a request. You may also complain to your local data-protection or privacy authority.

To exercise a right, email info@playcode123.com and identify the request as a privacy request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may verify your identity and authority, and applicable law may allow or require us to deny part of a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

  • Change cookie and advertising choices through the site’s “Privacy & cookie settings” control.
  • Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control where shown.
  • Enable a legally recognized browser-based opt-out signal where applicable; we will process supported signals as required by law.

9. Children’s privacy

Blog.Playcode123.com provides general coding education but is not directed to children below the minimum age at which they may independently consent to online data processing in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. Users should not enter personal information into coding examples or the sandbox.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No online service or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. Review those policies before providing personal information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. We may provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate.

13. Contact

Questions and privacy requests can be emailed to Diensten2000X at info@playcode123.com. Please include enough information to understand your request, but do not include sensitive information unless necessary.
